South River Contracting of Roanoke offers turn-key installations

We size and recommend the correct generator.  We obtain permits.  Install pad, transfer switch, and perform required code upgrades.  Transfer switch and electric cable from meter is installed as well as cable from generator to transfer switch.  Gas line is extended from propane gas (2nd stage regulator valve) or natural gas (gas meter) to generator.  Equipment is grounded and bonded.  Back-up power system is checked for automatic and proper switch from utility power to generator power and back to utility power.  In the (unlikely) event of warranty issues, we perform Generac warranty service.  We also provide preventive maintenance agreements where we will change the oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs annually.  We also stock an abundance of parts.
